PADRÕES DOS CURSOS DE FORMAÇÃO DE OFICIAIS POLICIAIS MILITARES DO BRASIL

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to verify the patterns of training courses for military police officers in Brazil, aiming to identify the characteristics of this training course and to understand how CFOs are being managed in Brazilian military police institutions to answer these questions, a national survey was conducted in the form of a questionnaire in all military police institutions that are in charge of official training courses.The research was able to identify some patterns in the different Federated entities, showing the similarities and differences and with this may determine that the current scenario needs to undergo some changes in military police education for CFOs, in this article it can be noted the difficulty of obtaining data not only in relation to training courses for military police officers in Brazil, but in general, it is recommended that future research on the subject should study the difficulties of information exchange among military police institutions, it is also recommended to study curricula for study on the subject.
