The World Health Organization declared on March, 11th 2020 the covid pandemic 19 had spread all over the world. The Military Police College (FAPOM) has built a contingency plan in order to improve teaching conditions to all subjects at all training courses, turning them into hybrid teaching. Considering all specific military background, this research has aimed to identify the challenges lived by soldier students between 2020-2021 by hybrid teaching. This research is descriptive and exploratory with a quali-quanti approach. Data were collected by bibliographic, documentary and field research. The results aim to progressive and positive adaptation from students to military hybrid teaching even though practical subjects were done by less than 100% in-person meeting.
