Approach on the possible need for Implementation of the Management System of Seized Vehicles by the Polícia Federal

Abstract

The present article aims to show a small study on the feasibility of the existence of a vehicles seized's management system in the investigative procedures of Polícia Federal, from the seizure.  From to the compliance with a bottleneck related to the accumulation of seized vehicles, the author proposes to analyze the issue, especially with the scope of seeking better management of the use of public space, under the ownership of the Polícia Federal, by vehicles seized for long periods of time. Based on the analysis of the legal institutes that involve the seizure of assets, with emphasis on vehicles, as well as the difficulties found in expeditious routing promotion, the main objective is to enphasize the need for a computerized system to be used by Polícia Federal, which seeks to avoid unnecessary vehicles remaining in deposits.
