A SEGURANÇA PÚBLICA E A ESTRATÉGIA GARANTISTA PARA A REVOLUÇÃO CULTURAL GRAMSCIANA

Cultural revolution;Abstract
This work intends to present some reflections on the influence of the cultural revolution on the Brazilian public security, proclaimed by the Italian philosopher Antonio Gramsci to impose the Marxist ideology. The so-called cultural war strategy aims at gaining the power and hegemony of left-wing ideology, hitting and subverting the common sense of a given culture. It also seeks to verify the impact of this ideological stance on legal-criminal theories that seek to minimize the social role of institutions of distribution of justice, especially those exercising police power, which could impose difficulties in advancing revolutionary pretensions. To support the present study, a bibliographic research was carried out through the deductive method, using explanatory objectives, still under a qualitative approach. The result is that there are strong influences of the Gramscian ideology in Brazil and in the minimal criminal law. It is concluded, therefore, that there is an implied relationship of cause and consequence of gramscism as a factor of important impact on the Brazilian public security, due to the cultural war.
