VIOLENCE IN THE BAIANO RECONCAVO: A MULTIVARIED ANALYSIS

This survey was designed as an exploratory study to analysis of the relationship between enrolment rate in secondary education, primary enrollment rate, population density, nominal efficiency, busy population, GINI index, per capita gross domestic product (GDP), homicide rate, represents the dimensions, EDUCATION, ECONOMY, EMPLOYMENT AND INCOME, SOCIAL INEQUALITY e VIOLENCE, using a multivariate statistics. The municipalities in which at Recôncavo Baiano territory were objects of study for this research. We note that the variation between cities are not influenced by homicide rate and can be explained for the dimensions EMPLOYMENT AND INCOME and EDUCATION. The dimension VIOLENCE receives strong influences from homicide rate, per capita gross domestic product (GDP) and enrolment rate in secondary education. The positive correlation between dimension VIOLENCE and enrolment rate in secondary education shows that analysis case school enrollment does not mean that inclusive educational policy.
